NewNetMail Affiliate Program

1. Free trial subscribers
   Free subscribers are trying out the private, secure NewNetMail mail and messaging services to determine if they meet their needs. They may use this limited trial version themselves and invite others they know to communicate with them via NNM.
2. Personal and Business Accounts
   These subscribers pay the $5.99 base rate for full and complete mail and messaging services and purchase additional full featured courtesy accounts as needed for family members, friends and business employees and associates.
3. NNM Business Affiliates
   These affiliates have upgraded to the Basic ($12.95 / month), Pacesetter ($24.95 / month or Master ($49.95 / month) level in order to earn income by sharing the benefits and features of the NewNetMail mail and messaging system with others.

The first two categories of subscriber (Free and $5.99+ / month) are not eligible to earn referral fees and commissions.

Only NewNetMail Business Affiliates ( Basic, Pacesetter, or Master level) are eligible to earn fees and commissions for referring others as paid NNM subscribers.

We want to be perfectly clear about this requirement so that no one misunderstands. A Personal Account or Business Account level subscriber, whether free or paid, is not eligible to earn fees and commissions. No free subscriber can earn fees or commissions. They are not an AFFILIATE until they have upgraded to a Basic, Pacesetter, or Master affiliate level.

NNM Business Affiliates fall into one of two groups:

1. Those who appreciate the opportunity to earn referral fees or commissions in an amount that reimburses them for the cost of their own NewNetMail service. Of course, the people they refer can do the same thing by referring their own friends, family members, or associates.
   
   Since they invite others to join the NNM family in order to communicate with them in the private, secure and dependable NNM environment, this makes good economic sense for many.
   
2. Those who offer NNM to others in order to build their own home business which can help them meet their personal financial goals by providing a part or full time long - term income.
   
   NewNetMail offers both types of Affiliates the opportunity to meet their own goals.

Affiliate Earnings Plans

Affiliates earn income in one or a combination of three ways:

1. Direct Commissions are paid on two levels.
   A Basic, Pacesetter, or Master affiliate is eligible to earn a 40% commission on each person they refer to the service at the $5.99 level. The commission is also paid at 40% for any additional courtesy subscriptions the referral may purchase. This commission is paid each month the referral maintains their active subscription.
   
   They also earn a 20% commission when someone they refer becomes a Business Affiliate and then refers others who become $5.99 subscribers.
   
   
2. All Basic, Pacesetter, and Master Affiliates as well as Free subscribers are also placed in a binary, or two - legged structure when they initially subscribe. They can earn based on the number of Basic Affiliates who fall under them in this structure.
   
   Again, though Free subscribers are placed in this structure, they can not earn until they have upgraded to one of the Business Affiliate levels. Others who take a Free subscription and then upgrade prior to the time the Free subscriber upgrades will move above the Free subscriber to the next available paid affiliate position in the structure, even if the Free subscriber referred them.
   
   This is an important point for affiliates who intend to earn an income to understand. If they do not upgrade in a timely manner, then those below them in the structure will jump above them, thus causing them to inadvertently and unnecessarily lose both present and future income they might have earned from that newly upgraded Business Affiliate.
   
   
3. All Pacesetter and Master Affiliates are also placed in a Matrix structure which pays direct commissions of $5.00 or $10.00 per month per subscriber in their structure, override commissions of $.50 or $1.00 per month, matching bonuses of 50% or 100% per month, and infinity bonuses to an unlimited depth.
   
   Earnings in this 5 x 5 Matrix structure are unlimited for qualifying affiliates.
   Master affiliates have the highest earnings potential, Pacesetters the next highest, and Basics have the lowest potential of the three.

As you can see, NewNetMail offers it's subscribers three alternatives.

1. Enjoy the benefits of NewNetMail mail and messaging services for the base rate of $5.99 (plus optional added courtesy subscriptions). These subscribers are not interested in earning referral fees or commissions and are ineligible to do so.
2. Become a Basic Affiliate and earn 40% referral fees (for $5.99 referrals) plus added commissions from the binary structure.
3. Upgrade to Pacesetter or Master Affiliate for placement in the binary and matrix structures with the ability to build a home business and earn an unlimited long - term income.
